Charitable Service:

• Service Scope: Vastu consultancy for up to 2 BHK apartments within a multi-family building (not independent houses).
• Payment: Donation-based – clients may donate any amount post-consultation or at a later date (especially during financial hardship).
• Required Inputs:
  - Valid Floor Plan
  - Exact Google Coordinates
  - Mobile Compass Degrees
• Delivery: Digital PDF report within 72 hours, plus a 5-minute call for doubt clearing.
• Inclusions:
  - Comprehensive analysis based on provided inputs.
  - Post-consultation support via a short call session.
• Exclusions:
  - On-site visit is not included.
  - Physical documentation or printed report.

Independent House Vastu Consultancy

• Service Scope: Detailed Vastu consultancy for independent houses or 3 BHK & above.
• Consultancy Fees: Rs 11 per SQFT
• Required Inputs:
  - Valid Floor Plan
  - Exact Google Coordinates
  - Mobile Compass Degrees
• Payment Method: Payment is made post-consultancy service.
• Delivery: Digital PDF report within 72 hours, plus three sessions of 10-minute calls for doubt clearing.
• Inclusions:
  - Comprehensive analysis based on provided inputs.
  - Post-service telephonic support in three sessions.
• Exclusions:
  - Site visit is not included in the service fee.

  - Physical documentation or printed report.

Independent Concept House Design as per Vastu

• Service Scope: Vastu-based concept house design for independent houses.
• Consultancy Fees: Rs 21 per SQFT
• Required Inputs:
  - Valid Floor Plan
  - Exact Google Coordinates
  - Mobile Compass Degrees
  - Land Plan
• Payment Method: 50% Payment is made at time of availing service & 50% post-consultancy service with in 2 days.
• Delivery: Digital PDF report delivered within 15-30 working days, plus six sessions of 10-minute calls for doubt clearing.
• Inclusions:
  - Complete concept design with Vastu compliance.
  - Extended post-service support via multiple call sessions.
• Exclusions:
  - Site visit is not included in the service fee.

-           Architectural plans if required(2D & Section drawing) will be at additional charge at 11 Rs/SQFT

General Note: For all services listed above, site visits are not included. For consultations requiring an on-site visit outside Pune, the client must arrange flight travel, hotel stay, and an additional visiting charge of Rs 21,000 per visit.
